CaptionMate availability outside of the United States

We are only able to provide our service to eligible individuals in the United States who are deaf or hard of hearing. The service is available to eligible users based in the United States with a US cell phone number, US residential address and social security number. This is because CaptionMate’s service is funded and administered by the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and therefore cannot be used by residents in other countries.
